The original fanzine was created, edited, and designed by David Koenig and Brett Beach. John Scharbach of Shining Life Press did the anthology layout and design. Justine, DeMetrick, Carl Gunhouse, Justin Moulder, and Jon Hiltz contributed additional photography, and it was edited by Shivaun Watchorn. It measures 8.5' x 11'.
