Spiritual Cramp's debut release, aptly named Mass Hysteria, captures a sense of unease within an apparently calm system. The music draws inspiration from the late 70s and early 80s working - class rock 'n roll and punk. It features upbeat tempos with bright guitars, but also presents darker vocal rhythms and patterns. Both the visual and the beats fully showcase punk music and its sensibilities. Vocalist Michael Bingham repeats lines like “Violence keeps me up at night” and “My friends are alright.” Their inspiration comes from UK77, reggae music, DIY/hardcore/punk culture, and the artist friends in the Bay Area. They're also inspired by simple street objects such as broken TVs and telephone wires, and the seemingly ordinary messages on the wall. These understated elements tell a lot about our experiences. The music has an urgency that depicts city life, punk life in the present. Tracklist: 1. All My Friends Are Out Tonight (Alright) 2. Tenderloin 3. Wrecking Machine 4. The Ice Age Isn't Fucking Coming

Using this vinyl record is easy. Just place it on a working record player, gently drop the needle on the start of the groove, and enjoy the music. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting dirt or oils on the record, which can affect the sound quality. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent warping. After each use, carefully put it back in its sleeve to protect it from scratches. If you notice any dust on the record, use a soft, anti - static brush to gently remove it before playing.
