I told Doug at Dragon’s Blood about our love for a carrot “carbacoa” at a now - closed Philly taco shop, and he came up with a “carrot asado” flavor. Alongside farmers market carrots, this sauce features various zucchinis and cucumbers for added texture and a richer taste. The ripe paper lantern habanero peppers make it a spicy 11 out of 15 on the spice scale. Fire - roasted tomatoes, yellow and green squash give it a deep orange color. It also has other great pepper blends and spicy seasonings. Working with Doug and Alan on these sauces is a delight as all their sauces are both inventive and delicious.
